REED GUNTHER
He means well, but usually ends up making things worse. Not on purpose of course, but that’s just what a goofy bear-riding cowboy ends up doing. Reed Gunther is an eccentric, curious, adventurous fellow whose home is everywhere he and his best pal (and mode of transportation) Sterling end up. Together they roam the West looking for ways to make a quick buck, save a damsel in distress, or just have a fun time.

STERLING
As Reed’s trusty sidekick and ride, Sterling is always there cover cover Reed’s back. And his front. And pretty much every side that danger would approach from. Most of the problems this dynamite duo run into are probably because of something Reed did or said, but Sterling doesn’t mind helping Reed clean up the mess; it’s an adventure! Sterling has shed his wild ways and accepted a life with his best human buddy in the world.

STARLA
This hot-headed spitfire is Reed’s damsel in distress. Except she’s not in distress at all. In fact, if you told her she needed any help, she’d probably sock you one in the lip! Starla’s been a loner for a long time, driving cattle across the Western landscape. Recently, and unexpectedly, she quit her job to travel around with that yahoo named Reed and his fur ball pal. After spending all that time in the middle of nowhere with no one to talk to but cows, maybe under that rough and tumble exterior, she was feeling a bit lonely… Just don’t tell her that!

MR. PRESCOTT PICKS
Picks became interested in the entertainment industry when he started charging money to see the skeletal remains of a dead man he found washed up on the New York River at the age of 9. The police quickly shut down his small business, but Prescott Picks learned that day that people will pay vast amounts of money to see things that disgust, frighten, and intrigue them. Mr. Picks now travels the country, searching for the strangest creatures the United States has to offer and puts them on display at his creepy and macabre theater, Mr. Picks’ Weird and Wondrous Oddities!

LATCHGRAB
Mr. Pick’s loyal assistant doesn’t usually say much, but when he does wish to communicate, he’ll use his fists to punch Morse Code into your face.

THE IDOL OF SOLITARY
This mysterious Idol was found in a cave by Reed, who picked it up and carried it away (because it “looked neat”). It wasn’t until later that Reed noticed this Idol causing some very strange events. He couldn’t be sure, but it was almost as if this Idol was creating monsters the farther away from the cave they moved!

THE MOLE CREATURES
These vicious little beasts were found underground, protecting the Idol of Solidarity. Their skin is as thick as leather, their eyes wide to see in the dark, and they can filter out the harmful (and flammable) gasses found deep underground. They can store the gasses in a separate lung to exhale later; most effective when they breath out onto an open flame!

STUPID COWS
These guys are just plain stupid.
